When you work for Paddy Power you are working for a great company and with great people who are always there to help each other and encourage each other to do well and learn new skills along the way”
“The most enjoyable part of my role has been the opportunity to lead and develop a team while driving operational success. I enjoy mentoring new starters and seeing them grow into confident, capable employees. Additionally, I thrive on solving complex problems, whether resolving customer issues or finding new ways to improve store performance. ”
“I love that I’m able to work in Templeogue, the race courses and can do Over the Phone aswell. I get to meet and talk to all different types of people and have a bit of craic along the way, it doesn’t feel like work and the days fly in.”
“I joined Paddy Power in 2020 as a Retail Betting Assistant. Over time, I developed a deep understanding of our products and built strong relationships with our customers. I took on additional responsibilities, which prepared me for my current role as Deputy Manager. In the past year, I’ve focused on improving operational efficiency, training new staff, and enhancing the customer experience.”
“I joined PP as a Shop Manager and have served in District 7 for the last 11 years in that capacity. I have also supported other Districts with various projects and most recently I have been involved in preparation for the forthcoming PDC World Championship of Darts representing the brand image at Alexandra Palace in December.”
